KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Friday at 21,754.93 points with a negative change of -301.06 and volume of 93,493,700 shares. High and Low were 22,057.94 and 21,731.16 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 4 were up, 25 were down and 1 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 133,237,690 shares. Total companies traded were 362 of which 101 were positive, 235 were negative and 26 were unchanged.

Commercial Banks was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 17,142,600 shares. It was followed by Oil and Gas Marketing Companies with a total traded volume of 13,557,850 shares.
