Lt.Gen.Khalid Rabbani assumes charge as Corps Commander Peshawar

comdt-rabbani_PESHAWAR: Lieutenant General Khalid Rabbani Hilal-e-Imtiaz (Military) assumed the charge of Corps Commander Peshawar at a Change of Command ceremony held at Corps Headquarters here on Saturday.

Lt. Gen. Asif Yasin Malik stands retired from service today, said a spokesman for the Corps Headquarters. Lt.Gen Khalid Rabbani has been transferred from Command and Staff College Quetta and posted as Corps Commander Peshawar.

He holds a vast experience of command in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He commanded a brigade and was commander Operation Rah e Nijat in Wana South Waziristan Agency.
