ISLAMABAD: The Indus River System Authority (IRSA) on Thursday released 117,195 cusecs water from various rim stations with inflow of 49,295 cusecs.
According to the data released by IRSA, the maximum water level in River Indus at Tarbela was 1502.80 feet which was 124.80 feet higher than its dead level of 1378 feet.
Water inflow in the dam was recorded as 25,900 cusecs while out flow was recorded as 70,000 cusecs.
The water level in River Jehlum at Mangla was 1173.00 feet which was 133.00 feet higher than its dead level of 1040 feet whereas the inflow and outflow of water was recorded as 10,200 and 34,000 cusecs respectively.
The release of water at Kalabagh, Taunsa and Sukkur was recorded as 75,599, 62,353 and 32,650 cusecs respectively.
Similarly, from River Kabul a total of 7,340 cusecs of water was released at Nowshera and 5,855 cusecs released from River Chenab at Marala.
