PESHAWAR: The government has completed a drinking water supply scheme here in Zor Killi Bai Daag village of khawazai Tehsil to provide clean drinking water for the communities of Mohmand Agency.
This scheme will benefit some 1704 community members of Zor Killi Bai Daag village was identified by the local elders in meeting held with political administration, an official of Fata Secretariat told APP on Thursday.
The political administration has fulfilled the demands of the locals by addressing their needs. In the scheme 122 meter deep tube well has been bored, one pump house and five large surface water tanks have been constructed to store water.
Similarly, 25 KVA electrical transformers and a pump machine were installed while 2500 meter long distribution pipeline were laid in the village. With completion of the scheme aged long demand of the people of the area has been resolved. The local elders have appreciated the political authorities' efforts for addressing their needs.
