Karachi Yellow trashed Federally Administered Tribal Area (Fata) 5-1 to cement their place in the final of 7th National Under-16 Football Championship at the Punjab Football Stadium, Ferozpur Road on Saturday. Karachi Yellow-striped team under Hassan Baloch gave no room to rivals and build up 2-0 lead by the 15th minute. Adnan opened the floodgates in the 5th minute and it was left to Yousof to make it 2-0 with 25-metre ferocious drive.
Fata pulled one back in the 29th minute through spearhead Toqeer Khan. Karachi Yellow were 2-1 up at the interval. However in the second session it was yellow all the way as they added three more through Adnan 47th min, Naveed Ullah 55th min and Yousuf 81st minute. The final will be played at the same venue on tomorrow (27th July) at 5.30pm.
