The UK Chapter of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf whose chief is cricketer-turned-politician Imran Khan, has opened its branch in the East London locality of Walthamstow, home to thousands of expatriate Pakistanis. The party had earlier established similar offices in Bristol and Birmingham.
A number of speakers addressed the meeting and debated the current situation in Pakistan with emphasis on unity to face the present challenges.
