Federal Minister for Communications, Dr Alamgir Khan said on Sunday that the government will construct northern bypass around Peshawar that will make NWFP a hub of economic activity.
"The Rs9 billion northern bypass will connect Khyber Agency with Peshawar via motorway, Charsadda Road, Worksak road and Takhta Baig Khyber Agency," Alamgir Khan told APP.
