 LAHORE: Member Central Committee of Communist Party of China and Party Secretary of Chinese Province of Jiangxi Mr Lu Xinshe on Saturday applauded development vision of the Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
He expressed these remarks during his meeting with the CM as well as in his address to the Business Forum, especially talked about speedy development in Punjab and highly appreciated the vision of the chief minister.
He said it was high time to promote relations between Punjab and Jiangxi because right time, right place and right leader was available. The right time is available in shape of CPEC and one belt one road; while right place is Punjab which is the most developed province of Pakistan; similarly, the right leader is available in shape of Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif.
Talking about the "Punjab Speed", he said Punjab had unusually progressed under the finest leadership of Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif and added that Shehbaz Sharif had proved his abilities by speedily completing development projects.
The "Punjab Speed" was talk of the town with regard to speedy completion of projects in Punjab. Shehbaz Sharif and his team had achieved numerous successes with their hardwork, he added.
There was no doubt that Shehbaz Sharif was a committed and visionary leader, and Punjab had progressed in a real sense under his leadership, he said.
The unusual abilities of the chief minister were appreciated in Pakistan as well as in China, he said and added Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif had played an important role in promoting Pak-China relations.
Shehbaz Sharif was an architect of development and prosperity of Pakistan, especially the Punjab, who had practically shown his work for development and prosperity of people, he said.
He added it was his maiden visit to Pakistan, and he had been given tremendous love and affection wherever he had gone. "I cannot forget hospitality and affection of people of Punjab", he concluded.
