India 153-2 at tea in fourth Australia Test
DHARAMSALA: Lokesh Rahul and Cheteshwar Pujara struck half-centuries as India reached 153-2 at tea on the second day of the series-deciding fourth and final Test against Australia on Sunday.
Rahul (60) shared an 87-run second-wicket partnership with Pujara, who was unbeaten on 53 at the break along with stand-in skipper Ajinkya Rahane on 19.
Fast bowlers Pat Cummins and Josh Hazlewood picked up one wicket each on a lively track at Dharamsala, which is hosting its first Test.
The hosts trail by 147 runs with eight wickets in hand after Australia made 300 in their first innings, thanks to a century by skipper Steve Smith.
With the series tied 1-1, top-ranked India must win the game to regain the Border-Gavaskar trophy.
