GENEVA: Mexico launched a trade complaint at the World Trade Organization on Wednesday over Costa Rica's restrictions on imports of avocados, the WTO said in a statement.
Under WTO rules, the Costa Rica has 60 days to settle the dispute. After that period Mexico could ask the WTO to adjudicate. The WTO did not immediately have detailed information on the complaint.
