imagePakistan former World Cup winning captain and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan sought Pakistan Super League (PSL) management to provide all tickets for seats in an enclosure named after him at the Gaddafi Stadium for free, to the fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the PSL final.

Imran Khan said that cricket is coming back home after a long span of time, and a ticket worth Rs.12000 for an enclosure named after him are way too costly and unjust for common people to purchase.

The Lahores Gaddafi Stadium, where the PSL final is scheduled for Sunday between the Peshawar Zalmi and the Quetta Gladiators, is divided into sections named after prolific former Pakistan cricket players.

Furthermore, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry said people will enjoy more if the tickets are given free of cost, while criticizing the PSL for turning the event for elite class only.

Earlier, the PTI chief blasted the Punjab government for its decision to hold the PSL final at Lahore.

The cricketer turned politician, has stated that amidst the ongoing security situation prevailing in the country, the decision to hold the leagues final could prove fatal for Pakistan cricket, if any mishap occurs.

"God forbid, if any blast takes place in Lahore, there will be no cricket in Pakistan in the next 10 years," the PTI chief said.

"This is madness considering the situation here" he said. The PTI chief was pointing towards the new wave of terrorism that has emerged in the country, leaving hundreds dead and injured, Imran Khan said.
