KARACHI: On Friday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 49811.16 with a positive change of 115.08 and volume of 56,357,200 shares.

High and Low were 49894.52 and 49623.80 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 201,778,610shares with 346 total traded companies out of which 162 were up, 172 were down and 12 were unchanged.

TEXTILE COMPOSITE was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 38,829,220 shares. It was followed by CHEMICAL with a total traded volume of 32,145,550 shares.

The three top traded companies were Azgard Nine. with a volume of 30,862,000 and price per share of 10.72 (0.80), Power Cement Ltd. with a volume 13,225,500 of price per share of 19.77 (0.83), Sui South Gas with a volume 12,081,500 of price per share of 44.72 (1.01).

The top three advancers were Colgate Palmolive with price per share 2000.00 (70.00), Pak Tobacco with price per share of 1363.00 (64.32) and Sapphire Fiber share of 997.55 (47.50).

The top three decliners were Wyeth Pak Ltd with price per share of 3258.03 (171.47), Nestle Pakistan with price per share of 9001.00 (154.00) and Indus Motor Co. per share of 1630.01 (54.41).
