ISLAMABAD: Advisor to Prime Minister and leader of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N), Amir Muqam on Thursday said that reforms in Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), was a big achievement for the whole Pakistani nation.
Talking to a private tv news channel, he said that the focus would be given to the development of FATA, adding that the area would have three percent share through National Finance Commission Award.
He said that a constitutional amendment would be made regarding FATA reforms. He said that FATA was part of Pakistan and all out efforts would be made to improve the infrastructure there.
To a question, he said that Prime Minister had made a committee for reforms in FATA.
To another question, Muqam said that Khyber Pakhtunkhawa Assembly would have representation from FATA in the next general elections.
