RECORDER REPORT-PSX mid day update

KARACHI: On Friday, until mid day, KSE-100 Index was at 49231.71 with a positive change of 169.45 and volume of 73,457,120 shares.

High and Low were 49256.34 and 49059.91 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 142,366,640shares with 334 total traded companies out of which 177 were up, 145 were down and 12 were unchanged.

CEMENT was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 21,042,150 shares. It was followed by ENGINEERING with a total traded volume of 20,417,300 shares.

The three top traded companies were K-Electric Ltd. with a volume of 9,145,500 and price per share of 9.81 (0.06), Sui North Gas with a volume 7,707,500 of price per share of 120.53 (5.68), Azgard Nine with a volume 6,804,500 of price per share of 9.31 (0.62).

The top three advancers were Nestle Pakistan with price per share 9450.00 (450.00), Sanofi-Aventis with price per share of 2551.00 (61.00) and Rafhan Maize share of 7640.00 (40.50).

The top three decliners were Khyber Tobacco

Khyber Tobacco with price per share of 935.10 (47.90), Hinopak Motor with price per share of 1550.00 (39.09) and Biafo Ind. per share of 252.58 (13.29).
