PCB invites Imran Khan, others to solve Pakistan struggles

imagePakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shaharyar M. Khan has called for a round table conference March 6 and 7, 2017, in Lahore.

As per PCB, a number of former and current players would participate in the conference where they would share their views on how to improve the Pakistan national and junior team.

"The invitations would be extended to Imran Khan, Misbah ul Haq, Younus Khan, Waqar Younis, Wasim Akram, Zaheer Abbas, Wasim Bari, Shoaib Akhtar, Aamir Sohail, Javed Miandad, Rashid Latif, Ramiz Raja, Moin Khan, Abdul Qadir, Aaqib Javed, Iqbal Qasim, Bazid Khan, Saeed Ajmal and several others. Chairmen of committees and BoG members will also be invited to attend," stated PCB.

Pakistan cricket went through new lows after the team was whitewashed by New Zealand and then against Australia in the Test series, recently. They also lost the five-ODI series against Australia 4-1.

The conference which will be co-chaired by Pakistan cricket Chief selector Inzamam ul Haq and , Director Academies Mudassar Nazar. Whereas, NCA Head coach Mushtaq Ahmed will be the Coordinator of the conference.
