Rosneft offers Urals, CPC Blend in tender for April-Sept loading
MOSCOW: Russia's Rosneft issued a tender on Wednesday to sell between 2.52 million and 6.96 million tonnes of Urals crude oil for loading from Primorsk, Ust-Luga and Novorossiisk between April and September.
It also tendered to sell between 480,000 and 1.62 million tonnes of CPC Blend for loading from Yuzhnaya Ozereevka in the same time frame.
The tender closes on Feb. 1 and the results will be announced no later than Feb. 28, according to tender documents published on Rosneft's website.
Rosneft awarded the same amount of CPC Blend crude oil in the previous tender for supply from October 2016 to March 2017.
However, it offered more Urals - from 4.44 million tonnes to 8.64 million tonnes - in the previous tender for October 2016-March 2017 supply.
Compared with April-September 2016, the amount of Urals on offer remained broadly flat.
Rosneft issues twice-yearly tenders for Urals and CPC Blend.
The winners of the Rosneft tender to sell Urals in the October 2016 to March 2017 period were Gunvor and Unipec, while BP and Mitsubishi secured the CPC Blend tender for the same period.
