Sportsmen-fan relations are always a topsy-turvy affair needed to be handled carefully by both parties, otherwise things might get sour.
One such case occurred between WWE Superstar Randy Orton, who had a brief altercation with a fan at a gym. The fan (Anthony Martin), gave his side of the story to the Northeast Arkansas Report.
I approached him (Randy Orton) by myself and said, Can I get a picture of you?, Martin said. He gave me a fist bump and replied, Sorry. I cant hear you, pointing to his earphones. We went our separate ways." Martin then snapped a photo of Orton, which made 'The Viper' loose his cool.
He saw me snap the picture and came up to me got in my face and said, What the [expletive] are you doing? I said no [expletive] pictures! Are you [expeltive] stupid? the fan said.
Orton then came to social media to give his side of story, the WWE Apex Predator admitted that the incident did occur, but was of the view that he was in-between his exercise sets, and therefore could not take pics.
