Karachi under heavy drizzle till Thursday says MET office

KARACHI: Yet another spell of rain and snow has enveloped the country starting this week. Met office has predicted a new spell of rain from today that will continue in the country till Thursday.

As per the forecast, most parts of the country including Karachi would receive remains during current week. The Met office said that the current cold wave in the country will persist for more days.

Moreover, cool breeze will possibly blow in Karachi in the evening.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, heavy rains with snowfall on the hills are expected in most parts of the province from Monday to Thursday. In Balochistan, heavy rains are likely in most parts of the province with snowfalls over the hills during Monday to Wednesday.

However, foggy conditions are likely to prevail over Gujranwala and Bahawalpur divisions.

Quetta, Zhob, Kalat division, Murree, Galyat, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir are likely to receive snow.
