PESHAWAR: The Governor of Punjab, Muhammad Rafique Rajwana arrived on a brief visit of the provincial capital Peshawar on Sunday.
Soon after his arrival at the Governor's House, Peshawar, the Punjab Governor called on the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Eng. Iqbal Zafar Jhagra and discussed matters of national importance of the mutual interest.
Later on the distinguished guest accompanied by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor, Eng. Iqbal Zafar Jhagra offered Fateha for the departed soul of ex-Senator and the prominent political leader, late Haji Muhammad Adeel at his residence in Peshawar.
They remained with Jabran Adeel the son of the deceased and the bereaved family for some time and while expressing deep sympathies with them also prayed for the grant of courage to them to bear the irrepareable loss with patience.
They also paid tributes to the services which the deceased had rendered for the country.
Advisor to the Prime Minister, Eng. Ameer Muqam, MNA, Haji Ghulam Ahmad Bilour and Senator Haji Ghulam Ali were also present on this occasion.
