ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court (IHC) Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman has constituted three benches, including a divisional bench, to hear a number of cases from next week starting on Monday, October 24.
The first bench comprises the Chief Justice, second bench Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan.
The divisional bench will be comprised Chief Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman and Justice Riaz Ahmed Khan.
However, the bench of Justice Muhammad Anwar khan Kasi could not conduct hearing till Eid-ul-Azha as he is on leave for performing Hajj.
All the benches will resume hearing over 180 cases during the next week.
