NEW YORK: US Treasury prices briefly turned positive on Thursday after German newspaper Die Welt said Germany is not ruling out the possibility of postponing Sunday's European Union summit.
US 30-year bonds last traded down 6/32 to yield 3.19 percent. Benchmark 10-year notes were unchanged, yielding 2.17 percent.
