Expo on nuclear holocaust held

The destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki by two atom bombs have been highlighted in an exhibition arranged by the Japanese embassy here and inaugurated by National Assembly speaker Chaudhry Amir Hussain, who on the occasion stressed the importance of avoidance of war and settlement of all dispute through negotiations.
Japanese ambassador N. Tanaka also highlighted on the occasion horrors of war and the need for total discard of atomic weapons and abandonment of nuclear weapons by the world. The exhibition was largely attended by parliamentarians, diplomats, officials and elite of Islamabad.
