ISLAMABAD: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Minister for Information Mian Iftikhar Hussain has urged the international community to support Pakistan in war against terrorism.
Talking to Voice of America , Provincial Minister said that Pakhtuns have own history and culture adding many forces had targeted Pakhtuns during last 5000 years but they all failed to destroy Pakhtuns.
Mian Iftikhar Hussain said Pakhtuns had been facing atrocities at the hand of Mughals, Genghis Khan, Sikhs, Britishers, Russians, Americas and terrorists for last 5000 years. However, no one has still succeeded to eliminate them.
Mian Iftikhar Hussain said that "We are determined to overcome the problem of war as it is the war of nerves".
Mian Iftikhar Hussain also demanded of the government that the Pakhtuns should be provided with enough aid to reconstruct health, trade and education sectors.
