LONDON: Nigerian production of Bonny Light crude oil is down by an estimated 170,000 barrels per day (bpd) following recent attacks on pipeline infrastructure, according to an industry source close to the matter.
Bonny Light had been loading with delays of about five to 10 days, with traders estimating an impact of around 80,000 bpd before the latest attacks.
Total Nigerian production is more than half a million bpd lower as a result of attacks.
