Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) has granted certified manufacturers licence to Pak Hero Industries for manufacturing of 4-stroke PH-125cc motorcycle.
According to details, PSQCA granted certified manufacturers licence No CM/L-1474/2004 for manufacturing of two-wheeler auto vehicle 125cc, 4-stroke of Pak Hero Brand for a period up to December 2004.
The company was also advised to pay attention towards the quality of product and also ensure availability and utilisation of all the testing facilities strictly in accordance with the set standards.
It is pertinent to mention that the Government of Pakistan has brought the Pakistan Standard No PS-4707/2001 on two-wheeler auto vehicles under compulsory certification marks scheme with effect from January 31, 2002.
Chief Executive Officer of Pak Hero Industries told Business Recorder here on Saturday that preparations for manufacturing of 125cc motorcycle have been made.
The motorcycle that would be launched in first week of February would be made available at competitive rate in the country, he added.
