Murree Brewery declares bonus, dividend

KARACHI: Murree Brewery Co Ltd has posted a record profit after tax of Rs 519.921 million for the year ending June 30, 2011 and declared a cash dividend of Rs 5 per share and 10% bonus share.

According to financial results of the company despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange here Friday, the pre-tax profit improved to Rs 784.686 million compared to Rs 524.581 million last year.

The earning per share also went up to Rs 30.02 as against and EPS of Rs 18.21 in 2010.
