Hajj training to start from 5th
LAHORE: Director Hajj Saeed Ahmad Malik said on Sunday that vaccination and training of Hajj pilgrims would start from September 05 in Punjab under the government scheme.
He said training process would continue in Hajji Camp Lahore from September 19 to 24.
He said separate videos and CDs had been prepared for those pilgrims who were going through private and government schemes.
The ministry of Religious Affairs is holding Hajj training programmes at districts and tehsils levels, he added.
He said that it was a responsibility of group organisers to arrange the training of Hajj pilgrims who were going to perform Hajj under private schemes.
He said pilgrims should start learning Hajj rituals besides doing exercise and walking.
Hajj training programmes would be held in 25 cities of the province according to a schedule issued by Lahore and Faislabad Hajj Directorate.
