LARKANA: Speaker of the Sindh Assembly Nisar Ahmed Khuhro on Friday distributed 33 handcarts full with vegetables among 33 poor and needy people in 11 union councils of Larkana City under Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Rozgar Scheme (Phase-IV).
Speaking on the occasion he said "It is our duty to solve the problems of people and provide job opportunities to them but it is not possible to provide government job to everyone ."
Nisar Khuhro said that the present government was making all out efforts to bring law and order situation under control in Karachi because Karachi is the economic hub of the country and there are many employment sources in Karachi.
He said that "it is our duty to take stern action against criminals in Karachi without any discrimination and political consideration.
The Speaker also said that the rainfall is the natural calamity. The Government has provided funds to the DCOs of flood affected areas for providing food stuff to rain victims. These areas had already been declared calamity hit areas, the land revenue and Abyano (Tax) will not be recovered from the Abadgars of flood affected areas.
