ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) here on Saturday constituted a 5-member team of Regional Tax Office, Islamabad to facilitate e-filing of returns to the offices of Pak Secretariat, Islamabad.
According to statement issued here by FBR, Seema Majid, Commissioner Inland Revenue formed the five-member team on the directives of Farid Amjad Chief Commissioner inland Revenue.
The team comprised Malik Muhammad Sarwar, Inland Revenue Officer, Atiq ur Rehman, Inland Revenue officer, Muhammad Kashif Ahmed, Inland Revenue officer, Mujahid Naeem, Member Dev.Team PRAL and Liaqat Ali Manager Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PRAL).
A seminar in pursuance of FBR 's policy of Facilitation and Taxpayer' Education was held here on August 25, 2011 in Pak Secretariat, regarding e-filing of returns and statements by a team of regional tax office, Islamabad.
The seminar was attend by the DDO's and officers of Pak secretariat.
Technical input was given by Mujahid Naeem, PRAL Representative while questions and queries of the participants were answered comprehensive by the officers of regional tax office, Islamabad.
It was elaborated that after considerable efforts made by the FBR,the e-filing of returns is now very simple and trouble-free.
The participant particularly DDO's and officers of Pak secretariat appreciated the simplified procedure of e-filing introduced by the FBR and facilitation efforts of Regional tax office Islamabad.
