fazal-ur-rehmanKARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah Tuesday took notice of news report about the dual charge of DCO and Administrator of City District Government Karachi and directed the chief secretary to modify notification, issued if any.

Lala Fazal-ur-Rehman will continue to work as administrator of City District Government, Karachi, a handout issued here said.
