KARACHI: Gold jumped by Rs857 to close at all time high of Rs52,628 per 10 grams in the local market Monday, as its international price also soared to $ 1,881 an ounce, market sources said.
According to the Karachi Saraf Association, tola (11.664 grams) price also increased by Rs1000 to Rs61,400.
Silver closed higher at Rs1,157.14 per 10 grams.
