Taj Haider pays tribute to Waja Karimdad
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Sindh General Secretary Taj Haider on Friday said that the path to progressive politics was always difficult and torturous however, Waja Karimdad was one who always stood against dictatorship and followed path of democracy.
Talking to a private news channel, he said that the PPP mourns the death of Dad who fearlessly led his comrades during the darkest periods of brutal dictatorships, religious bigotry and ethnic prejudices, he said.
He was a member of the Parliament, who spent his life in a style that truly reflected the feelings and aspiration of the poor working classes that he represented, he added.
He said that his integrity was unquestionable and the deceased led his comrades by uniting them. He was far above petty squabbles and grouping and was respected for his strength character and inborn humility by supporters and political opponents alike," Haider said.
