imageIndian regional political party Shiv Sena has threatened Pakistani singer Atif Aslam to perform at Pune on April 25. They said that they won’t allow Pakistani artiste to perform in India.

According to Deccan Chronicle, “The Shiv Sena’s stand has been very clear, that we do not support a concert by any Pakistani artiste. The neighbouring country is sending terrorists to India, blasting bombs, attacking our Parliament, then how do we welcome their artistes,” Chitrapat Sena leader Adesh Bandekar said.

Senior Sena leader from Pune Ajay Bhosale said, “Aslam is a Pakistani artist and we oppose his performance in Pune. The organiser better cancel it now, or else we won't let the event happen,” Mid-Day reported.

Pakistani singer Atif Aslam was supposed to perform live in Pune on April 25, which became a matter concern for the Indian political party who always oppose Pakistani actors to work in India. Previously, Sena protested against Pakistani actress Veena Malik to take part in controversial reality TV show ‘Bigg Boss’.
