JEDDAH: Saudi Arabia bought 660,000 tonnes of wheat from Australia, the EU, Canada and the United States for shipment between November 2011 and February 2012, the Grain Silos and Flour Mills Organization said on Sunday.
"The average price (is) at $346 per tonne, including cost and freight," the statement said.
The shipments will be distributed evenly to the ports of Jeddah and Dammam.
