BRUSSELS: Industrial production across the 17-nation eurozone fell by 0.7 percent in June compared with May, the European Union data agency said on Friday.
The seasonally adjusted measurement, compared to one year earlier, showed production up 2.9 percent.
For the full EU, which also includes non-euro Britain and eastern industrial powerhouse Poland, there was a monthly drop of 1.2 percent, and an annual improvement 1.7 percent.
