ATC awards death sentence in Sarfaraz Shah murder caseKARACHI: The Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) has announced its verdict in the Sarfaraz Shah murder case. The ATC awarded the death sentence to the Rangers personnel Shahid Zafar accused for pulling the trigger in the murder of the youngster on June 8.

The others involved in the incident have been awarded life imprisonment.

In addition to the death sentence the accused will pay a fine of Rs200,000.

Talking to the media outside the court the brother of the deceased Salik Shah said, We are satisfied with the decision."

Sarfarz Shah's mother, talking to the media, also said that she was satisified with the sentence.
