ISLAMABAD: Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani on Wednesday vowed to make the Upper House of Parliament exemplary and more vibrant institution.
Addressing the employees of Senate, he said, "Cooperation of the employees will be required to make the Senate of Pakistan exemplary and more vibrant institution."
He said the Senate was the symbol of federation and all available resources would be utilized to make people-friendly policies for benefit of the common man across the country.
Strengthening the Senate, he said, would ensure a strong federation and advised the employees to perform their duties with more devotion and dedication.
He assured the employees that their problems would be solved at priority and the culture of favouritism and nepotism would be ended.
All administrative decisions would taken in accordance with the rules and regulations, and the principle of merit would be upheld at every cost, he added.
