Ebad grieved over poetess Ada Jafri's death

imageKARACHI: Sindh Governor Dr Ishratul Ebad Khan has expressed sorrow over the demise of noted Urdu poetess Ada Jafri.

In his condolence message on Thursday night, the Governor said that Ada Jafri's demise has closed a chapter of Urdu literature.

He said Pride of Performance Award had been conferred on the poetess over her services for Urdu literature.

The Governor prayed Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant fortitude to the bereaved family to bear this loss.
