19 Brigadier promoted to rank of Major General

pakRAWALPINDI: The selection board for promotion of brigadier to the rank of major general approved promotions of 19 brigadiers of different arms and services of Pakistan Army.

According to well-placed sources here on Wednesday, those officers who have been promoted include, Brig Umar Durrani, Brig. Ahmed Mehmood, Brig Tariq Masood, Brig. Tahir Javed, Brig. Nazir Butt, Brig. Mazhar Saleem, Brig. Muhammad Jafar, Brig. Najam ul Hassan, Brig. Ghulam Qamar, Brig. Ali Abbas, Brig. Aamir Riaz, Brig. Abid Rafique, Brig Asif Khattak, Brig. Jamil Rehmat Vance, Brig. Ali Raza, Brig. Malik Abbas, Brig. Syed Badshah Hussain, Brig. Shahab Naqvi and Brig. M. Junaid.
