PESHAWAR: Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has expressed profound grief on demise of wife of Jamat-e-Islami Deputy Chief Prof Khurshid Ahmad who breathed her last the other day.
In a condolence message he paid rich tributes to late Syeda Azra Khurshid for her meritorious contributions as religious scholar and political worker side by side with her husband. He prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and expressed heartfelt sympathies with the bereaved family.
Pervez Khattak was also grieved over death of senior bureaucrat Islam Bahadar Khan, former MNA from Hazara Sardar Gul Khitab Khan, mother of former minister Pir Muhammad Khan, Nazim Pooran Muhammad Ali Khan and Fazal Jan Khan brother of senior journalist Samin Jan. He prayed for eternal tranquility of the departed souls and patience of the bereaved families.
