ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange here on Wednesday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was down by 23.88 points and closed at 3946.94 points.
A total of 47,800 shares were traded, which were up by 37,700 shares when it compared with previous day's trading of 10,100 shares.
Out of 158 companies, share prices of 54 companies recorded increase while share prices of 104 companies registered decrease where as no company remained stable in trading.
The share price of Indus Motors increased by Rs. 49.63 per share while the share prices of Bhanero Textile decreased by Rs. 23.99 per share.
National Bank of Pakistan, Lafrage Pakistan and Fauji Fertilizer Company remained the top trading companies in Wednesday's trading with 41000, 3500 and 2000 shares respectively.
