RECORDER REPORT: KSE close of day

KARACHI: Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) 100 index closed lower on Monday having 33796.44 points with a negative change of 146.76 and volume of 102,808,790 shares.

High and Low were 34032.83 and 33633.01 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 177,063,990 shares with 347 total traded companies out of which 122 were up 201 were down and 24 were unchanged.

Construction and Materials (Cement) were the top traded sector with total traded volume of 41,121,500 shares. It was followed by Commercial Banks with a total traded volume of 21,550,300 shares.
