MOSCOW: Russia's idle primary oil refining capacity is likely to peak in April at 2.07 million tonnes, compared to 800,000 tonnes in March, as companies embark on large-scale seasonal maintenance programmes, Energy Ministry data showed on Monday.
It is expected that Rosneft's Kuibyshev, Ryazan and Komsomolsky refineries as well as Gazprom's Astrakhan plant, among other refineries, will be undergoing repairs in April.
