agha-siraj-durraniISLAMABAD: Sindh Minister for Local Government Agha Siraj Durrani on Tuesday said that MQM will join the government before Eid.

Talking to a private news channel, he said that a consultation is going on with the allied parties for the amendment of the Act of 1979 Local government.

Durrani said that with the consultation of allied parties, a draft is being prepared for the amendment.

To a question, he said that the KESC is a hurdle in the performance of Water Board.

To another question Durrani said a Chairman for Water Board will be appointed soon for which recommendations have been sent to

Sindh Government.
