ISLAMABAD: Islamabad-Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bullish trend here on Wednesday as the ISE-10 index was up by 22.59 points and closed at 4,026.92 points.
A total of 179,000 shares were traded, which were down by 643,400 shares when compared with previous day's trading of 822,400 shares.
Out of 156 companies, share prices of 79 companies recorded increase while share prices of 77 companies registered decrease whereas no company remained stable in today's trading.
Indus Motors remained the top gainer with Rs. 46.56 per share, while Shapphir Fibers was top loser with Rs. 13.89 per shares in today's trading.
Bank of Punjab, PIA and Askari Bank remained the market leaders during Wednesday' trading with 58,000, 75,000 and 34,000 shares respectively.
