imageISLAMABAD: The Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) on Friday witnessed bearish trend as the ISE-10 index was up by 8.63 points to close at 4156.15 points.

A total of 36,405 shares were traded, which showed a negative growth of 14,495 shares, when compared with previous day's trading of 50,900 shares.

Out of 150 companies, share prices of 108 companies recorded increase while those of 42 companies decreased.

The share price of Abbott Laboratories increased by Rs. 37.02 while that of Fazal Textile decreased by Rs 39.50 per share.

SEARLE Company, PIA and Fauki fertilizer Bin Qasim remained the top trading companies with 11,200, 10,000 and 5,500 shares respectively.
