DHAKA: Bangladesh's state grains buyer will issue an international tender this week to buy 50,000 tonnes of wheat as part of efforts to shore up reserves, a senior food official said on Sunday.
"We are preparing a tender document for 50,000 tonnes of wheat and going to issue it in the week beginning on Sunday," the official said.
