European stocks close lower

LONDON : European stock markets closed lower on Thursday, with London 's benchmark FTSE 100 index of top shares down 1.

european-stock-exchangesLONDON: European stock markets closed lower on Thursday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index of top shares down 1.00 percent to 5,846.95 points.

In Frankfurt, the DAX fell 0.73 percent at 7,214.74 points and in Paris the CAC 40 lost 1.11 percent to 3,751.23 points.
