NEW YORK: US 30-year Treasury bonds traded more than a point lower in price on Wednesday as stock futures pointed to a higher open on Wall Street and ahead of the auction of $21 billion of 10-year notes.
The 30-year bond was trading 1-4/32 lower in price to yield 4.24 percent, down from 4.17 percent late Tuesday, while the benchmark 10-year note was 20/32 lower to yield 2.96 percent from 2.88 percent.
