KARACHI: Transporters have urged the government to provide them due protection in the wake of current wave of violence.
According to a statement of Anjuman-e-Ettehad Bus Malikan Karachi, the officer bearers of transporters' association including its president Mohammed Ashraf and Ch. Hussain urged the provincial government to take adequate arrangements in this regard.
In sensitive places not only the transporters but also commuters come under attack by unidentified miscreants, they claimed.
